What is FSA without culture?
One of the best things about Goodphil is that it gives an opportunity to showcase the Filipino culture. At the Opening Ceremonies, each school performs a traditional Filipino folk dance, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the beautiful culture that the Philippines has to offer.
In Goodphil 2023, UT won the award for Best Execution.

What is Goodphil Spirit?
If someone asked each school to express themselves while also including notable pop culture from the year, all in a 5-minute skit...that's what Spirit is. Our choreographers work hard each year to come up with a unique and exciting performance each year that truly displays what it means to be a Longhorn! Join our team and rep UT on the #RoadToGP24!

MODERN
Dance like no one is watching!
Modern dance is one of the long-awaited and highly-anticipated performances of Goodphil, and its more than just a dance. Countless hours of planning and rehearsing go into Modern, allowing members of FSA to showcase both their talents and hard work from the year.
Last Goodphil (2024), we placed 2nd overall for Modern!
