Refunds & Returns
• All ticket sales are final. Refunds will generally not be issued.
• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of:
• Event cancellation
• Duplicate purchases
• Other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the GoodPhil Committee
• Ticket transfers are allowed. Ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another person by completing the official Ticket Transfer Form before the deadline.
• Once a ticket transfer is processed, the original holder forfeits all claims to the ticket.
• No refunds will be issued for ticket transfers.
• No physical tickets will be mailed or shipped.
• After purchase, all ticket holders will receive an email confirmation with their ticket details.
• Your confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. Please keep it accessible during the event weekend (digital copy or printed).
