ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES
Warnings
For first or minor infractions, officials will issue a warning to the offending player or spectator through the team captain or designated leader.
Example: A player repeatedly disputes a referee’s call. The referee issues a warning to the team captain, asking them to address the behavior.
Escalation of Penalties
If infractions continue, officials may impose stricter consequences, such as ejection of the offending player, spectator, or attendee, or team disqualification from the current game or performance.
Examples include spectators persistently yelling unsportsmanlike comments despite warnings, which may result in ejection, players engaging in repeated unsportsmanlike conduct who may be removed from the game, and participants persistently disrespecting another team during their performance, which may result in removal by event staff.
Extreme Misconduct
For severe violations such as physical violence, the following actions may be taken, including immediate ejection of the player or spectator from GoodPhil, a ban on participation for the remainder of GoodPhil, and entire team disqualification for repeated extreme misconduct by multiple members.
